My item has reached the hub on 2nd October 2022. Today on 8th October they attempted my delivery but that delivery boy refused to do the same. He said he won't deliver it before consulting his senior. When I asked for his office address and contact number he said 'I'm from ecom xpress and gave me the address of ecom express office address to reach. Further I contacted him from e kart wish master contact number he totally flipped the coin and said he is from e kart and the address is Belgharia, Habra(because that call was being recorded from ekart side). Disappointing .

Very poor delivery service, my shipment is stuck there since last 5 days , they are not bother to deliver it , very bad experience with Flipkart/ Ekart Logistics, I have not ever faced such issues, one of my shipment is shown as out for delivery since last 2 days , still not delivered. Worst service I have not ever seen 😡😡

my Item shows it has reached to your hub, but it is not yet delivered after the delivery/revised delivery date is over. Atleast you can update customer, that you will not be able to deliver the item one time.

It's closed since 1 year according to the local people. And the Google map has the wrong direction. There is no e kart logistics where they have pointed.
