I ordered one shipment from Xiaomi and unfortunately they shipped it through Blue dart, everything was in order until it reached Blue dart Ambattur hub, after that one time they have stated as no such consignee at the given address, from next time onwards undelivered shipment held at location... And there is no way you can talk to their customer care executive, even for emails they just sent me a formal response and then nothing happened...

I was so stupid to go here without reading all the bad reviews about this place. This is the WORST place to give a couriers. I has to send an electronic item it was urgent. This was the closest to my place so I went here. Extremely bad experience. Took 7 day to send something to a city near by. Can you believe it 7 days. WORST WORST WORST. After 7 days I ask them to return it. I told il send it through a different courier. I suffered with them continuously for 7 days.
