Worst service ever. Don't deliver package to the address. Have to pick it up from their office otherwise they will cancel it. And they update wrong status on the website. Never ordering anything from any website which has Bluedart courier service.

Bad than worst service.They don't deliver at the distance of 3 KM from their office.Sometimes call to collect the packet from their office n sometimes does not bother to call,upload ridiculous updates such as, not met or adress not found. You have to visit their office for the Parcel.

Very poor service, five days ago my courier came on its curse, Narayan Seva Udaipur, who sent the courier, told me on the phone that your letter is in this company but you could not be delivered. Because your address is wrong. . Did not even get any phone call. Four days later I reached them and asked for my courier, the girl present at the desk asked me for tracking no. And people were also coming there for this work, tracking no. The demand was being made, on not being able to tell, it was being told that the sender should talk to him, but he was not checking his record.
