Worst experience every time. I have seen the employees tearing the courier and taking the products. I don't know how they update the status of the product tracking in this case. In my experience two times they have marked delivered without delivering product. I use to go to their office and collect my product when I notice the delay. The best part is the status is always delivered even if they don't deliver. One time they called me and said we don't have delivery come and collect. So from all my past experience I understand that they are hesitating to deliver products, They just mark the status as deliver and then sometimes they return the product or they took it themselves, Very poor. I would suggest all the delivery partners should change the bluedart service and use some other courier services, I am moving forward this to all my delivery agents.
