Worst blue dart services. without delivering shipments in the status they will put simply Prohibited Area-Entry Restricted For Delivery. Blue dart customer care also worst they will not help you out any way. Even one star also waste for this fellows.

I was supposed to get a courier on 11 May 2023. But no updates were communicated regarding delay in shipment. And finally it arrived at Peenya branch on 12 May 2023 at 08:40 in the morning as per their tracking software and it was lying there since evening till 6 o'clock. After my conversation with customer care they updated the status as out for delivery at 18:38hrs and as expected it was not delivered and neither contacted by delivery person. Now the status has been updated as 'Customer not ready with exchange '. Seriously Blue dart? You didn't find any other good reason? Atleast you should have contacted me once. Have you? It's 13 May 2023 and time is 10:15 am, no one contacted yet. I am waiting since 11 May 2033 with my mobile formatted and ready for exchange. Very well appreciated. Will be writing this to your headquarters as well. Edited at 13 May 23 at 2238hrs - Today after speaking to customer service for 5 times since morning the status of delivery updated as 'out for delivery' at 1938hrs. And till now no one contacted me or has come to my location. I am sure that you guys will update as some lame reason again blaming the customer(writing this in advance). Please have some shame and ethics. Since morning you guys were doing nothing and now updated as out for delivery. Making fool out of yourself nothing else.

I would not rate even 1 star for their service. Horrible experience and customer service. the delivery agent is so rude even though you have mentioned correct address they tel address not found and return the package

These guys are just pathetic. They never deliver anything on time. They just update lame responses saying residence not available all the time. They are big liars they never contact the customer. I have no idea why senders choose this lousy service. Why do they even want to be in this business if they don’t want to deliver? They are like a restro that takes order but the chef is too lazy to cook and you keep waiting for ever and ever.

one of the worst Hub in and arround peenya surrounding, they wont even call for delivery right away they will mention their own reasons as customer out of town, customer not responding to call, customer house closed or address not found etc.. Material ll show as out for delivery in early morning hours and till the end of the day there wont be any movement and in last dey ll mention any of the above listed, other courier brands are much better compared to this so and so Brand called Blue Dart. i would recommended not to chose this Brand Blue Dart..

My parsal is not shipping to given address, with out go to given address update is close the office and 2 nd attempt timing update is tha 10 pm, so this time is not suitable for delivery any courier at tha site on any one, so tha blue dart is not preferred by me on next time and not suggest to other to use blue dart for any shipment

Be Very Careful. They will SCAM you asking Money to deliver your parcel. This happened with me, I had a parcel which they delayed for 2 days and when I enquired, they asked me to fill a form with my card details telling that its a request form which requires Rs5 payment. when I denied to enter details, they blocked my number and didnt deliver the product. They are big SCAMMERS. Blue dart should take necessary action on them

What is wrong with your delivery person, he just gave me a miscal and then immediately in a second i called him he cut my call and didn’t receive any of my calls later and has marked delivery failed due to incorrect address. I had to cancel my morning flight as i was supposed to get my order by today. Is the delivery person or you guys going to pay for my flight ticket, please ask you delivery guys to sit at home if they are not able to deliver things on time or atleast inform. Never seen such unprofessional, lazy and pathetic delivery person. I need my order by tomorrow or i will be forced to register a complaint in consumer court against you people.
