The most incompetent courier service ever. Just forget about your parcel if it's shipped with Xpressbess. They will delay delivery for 15 days and then put fake updates mentioning " Unable to deliver order" without even attempting delivery. Then they will return the parcel to the seller thus wasting both seller & customer's money & time. Moreover they don't even have transport for large parcels like chairs, plant stands & potting soil. So they will never deliver those & keep delaying & returning them all. Such a clownish courier company. Meesho should ban this worthless company.

Worst service. Never deliver materials and give messages that customer was unavailable. Phone calls not responded. Customer care is computer itself ...no person is there. Should be closed and customers should be freed from harassment.

Very bad service. My order was supposed to be delivered 2 days back. After 2 days it's not even out for delivery yet. Pathetic service.

Very bad experience. Took more than two weeks to deliver a parcel from Chennai
