Very bad service. 22nd delivery is shown 24th morning out of delivery is shown. Half kilometer road delivery man can't come from morning to evening. After that, after calling and emailing on Twitter and complaining to the customer care, I was told that it would be reached within half an hour. Then I saw that it was delivered to me within 10 minutes. Such bad service is unthinkable in a city like Salt Lake.

Had called to ask for the Salt Lake hub’s number - the customer care, after 5 minutes of explaining, gave me a number that doesn’t exist. Nor does the online tracking give the delivery person’s number. Thankfully, the delivery executive called me before arriving and coordinated well with me.

So I want to share with the experience with blue dart the delivery guy is coming to deliver my product and call me when he was reached to my bldg nd hes requesting that can you come down your lift is not working I have bag but others delivery guy behaving very rude and like ke wo ahsaan kar rahe hai humpe but Mr. Krishna was very nice, polite and such sweet person and respect to customer I don’t know where he’s from but he’s delivered my product in Newtown Kolkata and I request to you blue dart please give him to best employee
