Very unprofessional, Gave lame excuse that It did not had proper address whereas my parcel had exact office address along with phone no. I wonder how you people do business. It was pathetic, staff is friendly but their service is so poor. They delayed the delivery by 4 days and I paid the amount already and its Laptop of value 67k. Moreover I have to personally visit the e kart store to get my order and they didn't have any customer care number!! I mean why?
