Worst ever courier service. They failed to deliver my package on time so had to resort to going over to the warehouse and getting it myself. Plus, they have no accurate location on Google Maps and no hoarding signifying that it's a Bluedart Office. Worth mentioning that the entire warehouse is littered, messy and unorganized. Rude behaving watchman and staff. Packages were literally strewn across entire place. They took 30mins to find my package. Worst experience ever!

Worst Service Ever. Updating wrong status and putting blame on customers stating "customer not available to receive" without any delivery attempt. Bluedart Global team should do audit and take action of such unethical employees. Same incident for multiple shipments, insisting customer to personally come and collect the parcel. "Strict action required to be taken against such bluedart employees".

No ground staff to delivery products, one will be in shock to see the pile of products. When we asked for our parcel, staff over there said it should be somewhere lying in these piles and we need to check. We went three times in two days to find our parcel among that pile.

Worst third grade service provider . Holding the material for the past 10 days and giving lame excuses . Shipment ref : 75645949853 . Worst customer support , no updates and you will never know whether you will get it or not .one of the worst experience. Again a third grade experience
