Worst service ever, Delivery guys don’t know the service details and they need delivery code which is fine but I haven’t received the delivery code only and the delivery person took my phone to check all the texts msgs when m telling him I haven’t received he still scrolled my phone! And said until u receive the code u can’t open the package u need to return it to me ! I mean what? I have already paid for it and if they can’t send the code I won’t be able receive it it’s basic common sense.I still took the responsibility to call him back and ask for delivery code to send it to me again if he haven’t yet and this happened to me he took the package back and said rudely to visit office to receive the package here after, for what?? We pay for the delivery charges to go to office??and he was talking so loud and rude without knowledge and my parents were litrally scared and they came out to see what’s going on, these guys are not safe if anyone is alone at home I mean it,Xpressbees Do hire basic educated people to deliver who knows how to communicate to customers.Ur company needs to face huge consequences on what happened with me today and also all the reviews says it all about ur worst services
