Pathetic. Their customer care give fake promises. They are sheer fraudsters. No one contact you and it says customer wants open delivery. No one literally came to me with the package. When i reported this there is no response. They krpt parcel for 15 days and now they sent it back to the company again. Never choose them. Pathetic

Worst delivery service ever..my order was meant to be delivered 3 weeks ago but till now i haven't received my order they messaged me that my parcel will we delivered shortly but i didn't received any call from any delivery partner and later got message that i wasn't available but i was available and nobody came to deliver itt and am not even able to cancel my order i recommend everyone to not believe on this company

One of the worst service provider in the industry. Most of the times, delivery get delay and don't even bother to call ypu for delivery attempt. Even i am going to file a consumer case against xpressbees jalandharand will also recommend sellers to not deliver through xpressbees

My order was supposed to reach by 15th august and it has not reached till today i.e 19 August. Very poor delivery….We are not even able to contact the Office ..No response even after calling on the no.given online.
