Placed an order from a brand which is in collaboration with Xpressbees for delivery. It’s been 10 days since my package arrived at the destination office located in Shillong, and the personnel still haven’t delivered it. On enquiring, they, namely, Shimtishisha Kharkongor, makes the pettiest of excuses with a rather casual and rude tone, while comfortably changing the status day after day to “customer requested for future delivery” with zero prior communication whatsoever. She further demanded we collect the shipment from their office ourselves, stating they would not be able to do so. Unprofessionalism at its highest. Avoid this company by all means, if possible. Efficiency and courtesy are the last things you can expect from them.

Pathetic service, they won't deliver at your doorstep, instead they'll ask you to collect from wherever place they are currently delivering. True story:The delivery person who was supposed to deliver my parcel called me and was located at another locality and asked me to collect it from him. He was furious when I refused to collect the parcel from wherever he was, so he called me from another number and tried to argue and even call on me to fight him🤣. Seriously?why would I wanna fight someone, I really just wanted my parcel. So my point is whether this is a Courier service or a Fighting Club?

Yesterday they called me from the courier telling me that the parcel will be arriving within 2-3days. Not to mention that this parcel was sent from Singapore since 1st September 2021!!!!! I confirmed with the lady where will it be delivered, the lady said that it will be a door-to-door delivery. She confirmed. Today, this delivery lady called saying that the parcel has arrived. I asked her where she was, she said that she’s in this place 1km away from the address I had given. There was nobody to pick up my parcel. This lady by the name of Shimti Kharkongor delivery for Xpressbees, was very rude she said that she cannot come and deliver because it’s written there only in 7th Mile, she does not even know that my locality is very much in 7th mile, she asked me to come and pick it up because she cannot wait. If this is the way you treat your customers your company will get nowhere and nobody will trust you. Also she has no right to yell and talk to customers that way. Very bad service!! 👎🏻👎🏻

The worst delivery service they should be getting the award for lying and fooling customers. The delivery boys are the biggest liars and lazy people.

The worst experience i ever had with a courier service. I mean which courier service delays delivery 1 week from delivery date without even informing the customer. From now I'll make sure that my friends and family members avoid using this service.
