Worst service provided. Losing my orders because of this team. They didn't even try to reach me but updating the status as "customer not available to deliver " i am escalating the issues but still there are no actions taken. No numbers are available to contact them for concerned issues. Such an irresponsible team for the work. Action should be taken against this !!!

The worst courier partner i have ever come across . They just don't deliver at your preferred time . I called the delivery partner and he says i have kept in the office you can only go and collect. They are least co operative. This courier is the worst worst worst and there are days they have cancelled the courier for themselves. Whenever i get a message that shipped via xpressbee i get so sad you know.

One of the worst shipping companies ever. They send out a message that the package would be delivered with the delivery guy's number. An hour later, they send out a message that package could not be delivered since there was nobody at home. When you call the delivery guy, they always say they are not working, they are not responsible for the package and other lame excuses. What a way to scam both the company and people - say you're out for delivery at the company, in reality go do your personal job and say package couldn't be delivered. Frauds! I should actually rate -100 for these scamsters.
