Such pathetic service . I don’t even know why they run such service. Why higher authorities are not taking any action against such lazy people. They dont deliver the product in time Delays delivering products unnecessarily even if its just 2 km away . Products come from far off destinations till their shop fast by blue dart but it takes more time than that for them to deliver poducts from dimapur to nearby location. Even if you want to go get product from their shop the phone is always switched off and there is no way to contact them. Very bad people. Please revoke their license for very bad behaviour and service

Last month also my courier was not delivered to my address and the status was updated to consignee not available, even without calling me and I personally went to there warehouse in khermahal to pick my courier, and today also the courier boy did not come to deliver my product and updated the status to consignee out of station, seems the company has employed a lazy delivery boy who does not deliver the product to the consignee and get paid for his laziness,the worst service.
