#wrong location, location doesn't exist,#don't waste time My parcel arrived at Bluedirt Lakhisarai office on 13th January but even today on 19th January my parcel did not reach. When called in customer care, told that the address is incomplete or wrong. That's why I went to the Blue Dart office looking at the map. But could not find it brother. Then again I called and was told that the parcel would be delivered at home.

# Worst experience I parceled a rakhi from mumbai to lakhisarai on 21st of August. The parcel reached Patna on 23th August but It took two days to arrive at lakhisarai office from Patna i.e 26th August.(I tracked it online) And it has still not reached my destination but is still in Lakhisarai office. Today when I called the Lakhisarai office, then I got to know that respective person's phone was at home only. I still don't know how many days it will take to deliver to my home. Anyways rakhshabandhan festival was on 26th August so as of now it doesn't matter that it arrives today or tomorrow but what I had experienced, I don't want anyone to face. So please improve your service. Very disappointed with your service 😐
