These guys won't deliver to our door step and asks us to come to their office , office is very far away from main junction of tuni . Bad customer service . They don't update even the status of order when they receive it , we should call them and enquirie them about the order , after we go to their office and collecting our order then we will receive out for delivery message after couple of hours we will get delivery , this is a new way of faking that they deliver to our door step to blue dart head office . Superb plan and implementation by agent .

Worst delivery service by bluedart tuni management.without dispatching the courier and without customer concern the status was changed to door locked. The same was asked to the courier office managnet and their rude behaviour towards customer was totally not acceptable. I would recommend Amazon and it's dealers not to use bluedart tuni for their deliverables as they can lost their customer satisfaction and business because of unethical business .
