Branch : Blue Dart, Vellalore, Pattanam I am receiving shipment out for delivery message for the past 6 days, but still the courier is not delivered. Upon checking the status, it is mentioned that Refused by consignee. I didn't even receive a call to deliver the product. This is not the first time they are delaying the delivery. I never saw such a worst service and fake online delivery status. I'll be writing to the seller to not to send product through blue dart anymore. That's the last option left.

I recently had an opportunity to utilize Blue dart services in Coimbatore for sending a medical sample for my relative . Their service was totally mindblowing especially Mr Namachivayam ,Operation manager . I had to send the parcel urgently and he guided me on the phone on sunday evening , made arrangement for the staff at their warehouse in pattanam to hold the vehicle and finally made sure the delivery happened on Tuesday morning itself to Mumbai . My thanks to Blue dart and Mr Namachivayam.

They gave me precise information about the task at hand, Which was sending a used laptop to Jaipur from Coimbatore via air. I thought it takes off from cbe because it has an airport, but it goes via road to Bangalore and then goes to Delhi via air and then again back on road again to Jaipur. But all under 3 days during corona times which was impressive.

The worst courier service . They dont have a proper customer care. The customer care does not take complaints. The Deilvery person wont call you untill you raise a email complaint. This has been the same for years now and blue dart does not do anything about it. Cant they just read the reviews and get some thing happening. Every day some one sits in the office and keeps changing the status to OUT FOR DELIVERY. In Reality it will never get delivered untill you raise a complain.I would never choose bluedart, but these banks use them to delivery us important stuff, and we are stuck waiting for them.

They were supposed to pickup my passport for visa and they updated the Airway Bill that I reschedule! It's been a week and I wasted my time waiting for a pickup call! Worst service at Pattanam branch! They didn't even attempted to deliver to my location. they show the status as "No Such Consignee At The Given Address" and next day after raising the complaint also they show the status as " C'Nee Shifted From The Given Address" without giving a phone call.

As while checking tracking details upto 17.00 it's shows on transit but with in next few minutes or., While tracking status 17.11 it shows as no consignee at the given address, we awaiting for that consignment. Never expected such a service from a company which has high reputation would never rely on your services anymore. When we order something we expect to get it delivered in the given address not in the neighbouring locality for this why do we give our address correctly if this gonna be the scenario believe me you'll are gonna lose a lot of customers. You'll are being paid for it so it's better to monitor what your officials do instead you'll keep sending messages without any number to contact. Really very disappointed with your services that to what we have paid for is been delivered somewhere else. Even the delivery guys to get an acknowledgement whether we recieved it or there is no number to contact them having such a good brand name never expected such lame services.
