They are not delivering the product on given time, just delaying it giving a reason coustomer Is not available and not even contacting coustumer . Even the delivery boy Is not answering the call .

Sachin kanchan, worst service, threatening to not deliver inspite of his own mistakes of first coming 3 hours late than the time he only fixed and that too coz I called, next he goes to another apartments not even mine and calls me from there, then comes to my apartment and argues for asking to give door delivery, then ends up in wrong wing and tells me he can't find door number. Inspite of so much handhold ing and spoon feeding this guy shows rude attitude and argues that he will take back parcel and it's okay for him. Does he own ur company or have you guys out him on some special hotseat? Full address given and can't find his way to an apartment where everything is mentioned in the security point or flat owner lists in front of life, is he usually high when he delivers that simple reading he can't do and acts like he is doing a favor to us, we pay for home deliveries. So act sensibly and deliver properly or else shut ur offices!!!

They have the worst service in mangalore. The staff are untrained, non Proffesional, stubborn. They threaten you, if you call them. They leave the courier outside the house, without any intimation.
