Same reason as of others Didn’t show up and canceled the order giving false reasons I rang him daily, multiple times but he didn't received my call All I got was a message in the evening that courier could not be delivered. Again today I received a msg that he is waiting outside my flat , I opened and checked the door & called him approx 15 times but neither he received my call nor he was outside my call. He never came to deliver as I live in mygate secured society and no one can enter the society without approval from the app. Also this is not the first time this kind of event is happening. To add he is not delivering the courier,all he does is he self cancels the order And he is too rude to talk with , even when he comes to deliver

My order has been out for delivery since last week but still I haven't received my order. Moreover they have not delivered my order saying that there was a payment issue while delivery even though they never contacted me for delivery. Such poor service. I'm dissatisfied.

Staff are well mannered. They do help in emergency cases but this much amount of stuff is not for them. They should follow ekart, Ecom express etc as role models and work accordingly.

Third class delivery company not delivering packages on time. Their delivery boys are lazy as hell. My wife ordered a shirt from Ajio for our anniversary and till date they have not delivered yet. Fake delivery was attempted to deliver it and they DO NoT care about the customer harassment.worst part is you cannot call them as they keep the phone off the hook forever. Do not use this courier at all. Not a reliable delivery courier company for your orders

It's about 7 days. 1of my urgent document parasol is in Bhubaneswar hub from 5 days. This is a worst service, don't believe in this. I written to customer services to send me parasol as it's urgent. No response. & One more thing they are not provided any customer care number to contact them. Requesting you if you can't fill up your commitment then don't play with people.
