I never expected the service of blue dart in dimapur to be very unprofessional. They never call but when you check the status of your order they would have already updated delivery attempted but unreachable or whatever. I wonder on what basis they are being paid. When you try to reach their office through the phone no provided, it won't be responded. On enquiring they replied it's not in use. So why update a no if it's not in use. So don't waste your time calling. Kindly take your work seriously or try another job if you are only going to make the customers suffer.

Their landline number provided does not exist anymore, Private Courier services in Hill stations are always bad with Customer Care services compared to Metro Cities.If parcel are send by Online App stores ,it is always hard to contact the partner couries like the ones i mention So you have to Trouble yourself to search & locate the shop & then only enquiry is possible since even big Online App's Customer Care service cannot/hardly are able to provide the third party's contact infos.

Blue dart Dimapur, Nagaland must be shut down or the respective owner must run in a professional manner, as it is the worst delivery service in Dimapur. At least learn the basic before stepping into courier service... Poor customer service & never deliver or contact the customer about our parcel, instead send back our parcel. A humble request to the owner of "Blue dart" Dimapur , Nagaland to atleast contact the customer if they don't want to deliver to their respective address so that customer can go and collect the parcel themselves if they feel lazy to deliver, instead of returning back. Thank you.

Worst ever courier service in Nagaland. They won't deliver the product at home. Plus they doesn't even care to inform the customer. Everytime they will update that the product is out for delivery on their system but instead of making an effort for delivery they never delivery and wrote that the customer is unavailable or some damn old excuses. Sometimes they will just send back the parcel to the place of origin.
