Worst service from this bluedart branch ever. Courier was out for delivery and then they didn't even deliver the courier that day and marked the courier as delivered. And then the next day they called me for delivery at which time I was not present at home, so I requested them to deliver the next day. The next they didn't call me so I called the executive and asked him to deliver that day but he told me that he's already out for deliveries and he forgot to bring my parcel. Unfortunately I had to collect it from the branch myself.

It's expensive.. if it's not urgent, don't choose Blue dart. The employees are good, provides you info. If you have valid documents, you may pick up your couriers, which are about to be delivered to you.

Pathetic service, They never deliver items and then return the items to the source. 5 times my bank documents from ICICI bank were undelivered by this branch. Finally I closed my bank account being frustrated. Even today they marked that I was not available and returned my loan documents without even trying

Very poor logistics arrangements.Service of the currier may be better in other city or places but for rural its worse.Neither they deliver ur articles nor they call you to pick from their office incase of delivery address is rural.They should deny frankly to their service partner specially all the banks for delivering cards and other documents etc in case of rural address.My personal experience is very pathetic.
