Bluedart is the worst company to send or receive parcel. Whenever I get notification that my parcel is coming through Bluedart, I have to assume always that the parcel will be late by atleast 72 hours from the expected delivery date.

Worst experience with Bluedart.The delivery agent never called and in the website it said attempt was made to deliver package.2 packages are yet to be delivered from this hub of Udaipur.this blue dart hub has so many negative reviews and same problem faced by customers but bludart is so ignorant about this matter. The online helpline centre promised 24hr delivery but it had been 10days and no delivery was made. Shameful and pathetic service from Bluedart.

And if you call customer care they inform you that you will get shipment by today. Provided contact no is also not available, out of service.
