Hi.. Very worst response on the blue dart office. I had faced 2-3 times same issue. They never dispatch our courier on-time, with status updated as customer not available. We want to call them or want to visit directly to office then only they respond that. Thrice I have visited their office in person to grab my parcel which is not what I have payed them for.

The delivery was good the problem is if a person who delivers to that area in on leave courier gets delayed by 3 days. Otherwise it would be the best courier service and polite delivery persons.

They won't deliver the courier in door step. They committed to do that but they couldn't do. Even if you got the courier they will not deliver it immediately. The out for delivery status will change it to the address is un locatable status. They will not deliver your parcel alone. They will wait for few more couriers for your area then only they will try delivery attempt. This is happening frequently. Disgusting. Unfortunately most of the banks have tie up with them for delivering the cards. After providing the review I am seeing a swift response from the owner. You know one thing yesterday itself I informed him I will be out of station for another one week. Please check with him. You know, the courier boy number you have provided his name Karthik, he knew my address very well. Past couple of days I have been communicating with him to get the courier but I couldn't able to get it.
