Worst experience, I order a product on flipkart, from the ekart side delivery executive delay and refuse to give the order to me, I visit the ekart hub, incharge told delivery executive today leave sure ly I deliver the product before 7:00pm, but after I call to him he doesn't pick the call, after many calls pick and told a silly reason, and also make delay and told I deliver a product tommorw, totally dissatisfaction from this ekart and flipkart

E kart delivery boy is very froud hello sir my name is devendra chaudhary and i am from jharkhand doing private job in chennai i had ordered a kadhai lid it was smaller than my kadhai size so i requested for refund when the delivery boy came to collect it I had gone to work, I had a friend in your room, who spoke Tamil language, he understood little Hindi, I told him that he had ordered a lid for a pan, so he had come to get a new mixer machine. So my friend probably didn't understand well or didn't listen by mistake he gave mixer machine and delivery boy went with mixer machine and requested for refund of product which is still lying with me and when flipkart Talked to customer care, asked for 2-6 days time, said that your product will be returned, but it has been three days, still not returned, I am very worried, will my problem be solved,
