Blue Dart Couriers is now one of the best and trusted courier services in India. But in recent days I didn't had that great experience with this courier partner. The parcels are getting delayed than the given ETA without any valid reason. The rates for the items are also on very higher side. I am now preferring India Post which are way cheaper. I sometimes also find the courier guy behaviour little rude which may be because of increased workload.

its just a fraud, they never deliver any of my parcel, didn't even call me once to inform. my parcel came 3rd time from the company they are still ignoring it and none of their number is available. really disappointed.

Very Bad services.. Delivering parcels to somebody else and without calling on my mobile no that is written on the parcel.. Shut down ur services in Pathankot…. Ashamed of blue dart service….. Everyone tell ur dear ones not to send or receive parcels from them as they are making fraud by taking things out from parcels…. Shame shame…. 1 star rating b jada hai

They dont provide pick up and delivery in most of the area of Pathankot. I have to visit their centre to pick and drop my office parcel. The experience is not nice as they dont even have a working printer....

Bluedart, Saili Road, Pathankot. They charge me for home pickup and drop service of passport but my mother had to visit their office to drop and collect her passport. Basically, hopeless bunch working in Pathankot office, can't waste more time in writing details. Hey owner, if you are reading this, you and your employees make a dishonest staff, show some pride in your service. Sham!

They never deliver to your address and always label it as “out-of-service” area. You could do nothing but visit and pick your stuff up by yourself. I had to travel all the way from Sujanpur to Saili Road to pick my parcel. Pathetic.
