It's shows out for delivery in morning and gives your item couldn't be delivered at evening. Nope of the executives called nor asked anything about delivery. So irresponsible behavior from Bluedart Kundapur. And most pathetic thing is that it's 2021 and they can't add a phonenumber to contact them.

The worst delivery I've ever seen. Inspite of their 2 delivery intimation SMSs, item was not delivered. With a great difficulty their Office(Kunda pur) was located as they do not have a valid contact number. On my enquiry they had a bundle of lies on the tip of their tongue.One of the silly reasons "number not reachable" was disproved right in their front. This is my 2nd such experience.

They took 400 rupee for a small document from kundapura to Bangalore. No receipt was given and 2 days over the document is not reached yet. The normal chatges are rupee 40 but why they took 400? No airway bill is provided. The office does not look like that luxury that they are charging.
