Worst service in the area. Recently I had received a good it’s been over two days at karukachal centre and I had not received the product yet . At first the status was could not be delayed to due to reasons beyond control for two days . Now the status is could not locate my address . In either of the two cases they have not bothered to call me and check my address .blue dart neither have provided the delivery’s persons contact number not customer care . My brother also had similar experience. Please look into these issues and improve the service

Very Poor Service. Recently My credit card was sent via Blue dart to my karukachal address. I was getting SMS and mail alerts that it reached Karukachal but there was no call from the manthuruthy office. Due to my previous experinece ( my last parcel was returned without even calling me) I voluntarily visited this place and with a herculean task of searching inside the messy parcel area they were able to find my small credit card. But mind you they will ask for OTP and Adhar to check if you are the correct person. I never got peace of mind through your "We deliver Peace of Mind" kind of service. My advice to you is never ever opt for Blue darts sub standard service.

Worst service. Irresponsible personal. Ref. W/B#81188153642, i have a parcel from Kolkata, which was booked on 06.04.2023. Arrived at Karukachaal office on 11.04.2023, has not been delivered till 18.04.2023. On 18th i personally went to courier office and enquired about the parcel. Then they told me that their supply boy met with an accident so the couldn't deliver the package. But I surprised that till date they will not be contacted me

The service didn’t surprised me, As usual its a really bad experience. I’m expecting for a courier which is my credit card for a week and they didn’t deliver it to me. Yes, the agent called me unfortunately I missed the call. However I contacted the agent back and they promised me that they will deliver my product in the next day. But after that the only thing I’m getting from their side was a text message stating that they will deliver my product today. But no one ever contacted me back. Then I went to the office and I collected my product from there. And they said like they are actually going to return back my product. They are doing their work for a name sake only if they really wish to deliver the product at least they can tell me to reach the nearby office and collect it from there. Unprofessional behaviour from their side.
