The behavior of the BLUE DURT OFFICE SERVICE STAFFS are very good. The office is little far from my house. I have brought my item own. The main office is at BARJALA near a petrol pump. I had to spend some money to reach there. I found the address from a customer care office opposite KALI BARI at MELARMAT. If they can open their delivery service center near BATTALA, it would be nice for everyone. Thank you.

Had to receive the package from office all by myself. Without making any attempt to deliver the order they reported it as a fault in address. Also, we had to roam around for an hour to find the exact location which they changed from Dhaleshwar Road No 16 to Ganaraj Chomuhani. Worst courier service in Agartala.

You wont get any packing service here. You have to get the parcel packed by yourself . Please be mindful of that. Otherwise, bluedart service is decent

Wondering not even attempted delivery and updating as restricted area, local holiday, incomplete address etc. They suppose deliever in your door step and they force you take from there office. This ridiculous in Tripura blue dart service.
