This is the worst form of courier service in my experience. I'm not even exaggerating. They keep the parcel for weeks. 90% of the times they don't even deliver. You've to go & take it physically. They don't even make a phone call. They just randomly update with "Consignee not reachable" for every order just to avoid making delivery. Their customer service don't even exist. Don't make parcel through this courier. This is nothing lesser than a torture cell

Sorry to say, I have not good experience with this service centre, which is in charge of Malda Pin no 732101 to 732103, total three post office, The office is situated at Malancha palli, an odd and wrong place and far distance from the home and office place. Moreover, the delivery boy perhaps misscall through phone for a few seconds during 4.00 to 5.00 pm. Return call can not succes, even to the service centre.I am forced to connect the centre to receive parcel trice.It is not good for a courier service .The company should judge and verify, and make arrangement to solve the problems.

Not once or twice, it has a record of multiple bad experiences with me. Even 1 star is too much. Once my product was not delivered. We had to go there and collect it from the office!! Even now my product is not delivered even though in the shopping site it shows that it is delivered.
