Worst service they don't even call to customers for parcel None of the executive comes to deliver the parcel on address. They always give excuses to deliver the parcel if we go to office to collect so they say that it will be delivered to you and after that they return the parcel to shipper. jalgaon stadium office is not giving service to customers. There are two pin codes of jalgaon 425001 and 425002 but they dont give delivery on 425002 pin code Always return the parcel 😡

Yesterday i got massage from blue dart as out for delivery, in that message courier boy mobile number also not available, but till 8 pm my article not delivered so I was trying to call customer care but they also not responding after 7:00 pm. I also drop mail but still no reply. Also Jalgon office landline number which is available on website it's not working. Very bad experience with blue dart. Worst service by blue dart. I am still don't know where is my parcel.

Extremely incompetent service by Blue Dart Jalgaon, they usually delay deliveries by a day, and what they do is, when you get a message that it's out for delivery and if they miss out on the delivery, they will say that they weren't able to enter premises as in we the customer wasn't at home even though they don't even contact you, their agents decide on the go that let's not deliver this today even though they are supposed to, and the they blame us for it, unbelievable incompetence

The worst service of Jalgaon’s Blue Dart. I was out of station for few days I requested them on first attempt of delivery, to deliver the product when I return. But they purposely attempt the deliveries and when I return and went to collect my product they said, product has been returned to the seller because you weren’t at home to collect it. It seems they do not communicate with each others very well and because of that customer suffers.
