I took service to return my office laptop by Airway from Vaishali Nagar Blue dart office. I can say this is one Stop Shop for your all courier related problems. Counter personal understands customer needs. He packed laptop very safely, did all the work quickly and my laptop reached to office premises in 2 days though the deadline was 3 days. I am happy with the service.

The delivery centre of Vaishali Nagar is hopeless. One should refrain themselves using Blue Dart, and should go for good courier companies. Blue Dart employee missed delivering my consignment and I kept on waiting for the whole day as it was shown as out for delivery. At the end of the day, they sent message that they missed my consignment and web interface shows that I was not available, which was pure lie! This is the second time I have faced this with Blue Dart. I would be notifying the bank that they have hired the services of this useless company. Either they are giving services at throw away prices or the bank is blind folded with the just FAKE name of Blue Dart. Please, NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER go to Blue Dart for their sub-standard services!!
