They are giving very bad service, they are not delivering the product by telling damage from their side, I had ordered 2 products from Sapos, which was to be delivered by 20th December, they gave it time till 23rd, even after that no update came And canceled from my side, now I have lost 500-600, now the price of that product has increased. You are seeing the screen shot below, haven't they canceled both the products from their side after coming to nearest hub Raigarh.

If you go to the office they are very cooperative and supportive but if delivery boys are not available for rular areas order gets cancelled automatically showing address mismatch........at least they should let us know if delivery boy is available or not instead of cancelling the order so that we can get our product from the office itself......
