Always delayed delivery, they give missed call and update the status as consignee not present in website. The missed call also made in such a way, only TRUE caller picking it. Phone docent even ring. If you call back that number they disconnect the call. Impolite and unprofessional employees.

Worst Customer Service. I refused the order and delivery boy took the order back. After he went I received a message saying my product was delivered, in fact I was surprised because It never got delivered. I raised a complaint however they are not listening to customer and saying product was delivered. They are not taking any action. Really worst service ever experienced.

Friendly staff, you can directly come here and send courier if in hurry. Thier service is really good as usually the sent item reaches the next day even though u sent it post afternoon (less then 24 hrs). At the time I used their service, the charges for domestic courier were inr 300 and before 10 am delivery were inr 420. Way better service then DTDC or professional couriers
