Very worst service of Kollegala expressbess courier... Not even make call to collect the courier. They simply keep status OUT of DELIVERY AREA.. I never seen this kind of courier service.. very worst service of Kollegala expressbess courier. There is no contact number to contact them..

My parcel is in their office only and I went to collect my parcel at their door step, even though they refused to handover my parcel telling that the delivery will be done after their phone call only. Pathetic service..

Very worst experience with this courier. Not attentive. And delivery boy asks customer to collect the courier from their office. Is this the way a courier team will works. If customer collects from their office, then what is the responsibility of being courier service under their name.
