The staffs here are very good but the service provided by blue dart is very poor not even worth 1* I have sent a parcel to Bangalore and it’s been 3 days and still not delivered thought I had to pay 825₹ for a 1 kg parcel 📦 horrible to the core service from blue dart don’t waste your money with them better try DTDC or others

Perambur chennai branch will never deliver your shipment if you don't keep a track call customer care send email and do all rubish nonsense which will be very worst situation .why these bank fellows will use this waste service i don't know might be due to very cheap or no cost delivery they might be offering so they use this cheap waste unreliable service i had 3 bad experience over 2 year span and their delivery persons care a damn about our complaint and they state "Do what ever you want to DO" that clears the type of respect they have towards blue dart and their customers.i hate these blue dart service.for godsake all banks don't use these service we expect our documents delivery on time not fake status updates.1st status will be premises locked 2 nd status consignee not available if you don't complain 3rd time not answering phone so returned then need to get it reschedule for delivery then it will be delivered
