I Booked a product from Flipkart, booking time delivery date was showing 2nd June then date was changed on 2nd to 5th, but today is 6th June. But till now no updates from your side for delivery. What's going on ekart.? I never expected you people provide this type of service to your customer. Everytime they schedule delivery on night time so that no one can find out minor defects in products.I insisted them many time to deliver product during day time but they denied.They are closely working with flipkart to make people fool and deliver them damaged products. There is no negative rating otherwise they are eligible for that only.

The best part is that they are so perfect in their own locality that we can't even say anything...the hub is in white field and they don't know which part of Whitefield in the address..they call up an say we will deliver the product within an hour and then in the afternoon suddenly a message pops up stating we are unable to find the address get in touch with the flipkart CS. All others like Amazon, Ola, Uber, Zomato, Swiggy etc are deliver/pick up/ drop right on time or before time...When you call the Ekart delivery person he dosent answer his call though he spoke to you in the morning and said he will deliver and when you call flipkart they say we don't have direct numbers of the delivery agent 🤫..If flipkart runs their online busines like this which such deliver partners who lack taking responsibility and ownership and try to put this on customers then I think that the day is not far when flipkart either has to shut their online business or change the delivery partner..The service is so pathetic and irresponsible that I am really sorry that even thou I find certain items better and cheaper than other sites comparitively. I think it's better pay a 100 rs more than this hassle..

I ordered for Mobile phone via flipkart old phone exchange offer. Delivery agent insisted i sell the phone to him not to return because it was in good condition when i refused and asked him to return the phone to flipkart he took the phone. after an hour i received a message stating exchange rejected due to phone mismatch. he calls now asking for phone box and bills related to this everyday. what a scary and pathetic service with additional 15k deduction on my account. Lost the phone and Lost the money.

Worst service ever. I don't know why they hold my parcel for 8 days in the bangalore motherhub. Still today it hasn't moved anywhere. Normally max 3 days will take to reach trichy in case of all the other courier partners but these people are still holding my package for 8 days and i don't how long they will. I regret ordering this. Worst experience I have ever seen. Completely unprofessional and there is lack of proper management.
