Very bad experience in Dhanbad..delivery boy is rejecting the call repeatedly....already delivery date crossed received message " out for delivery" but delivery boy is not devoted in work....DTDC is best

Horrible experience.. no idea why luxury brands like Samsonite etc would partner with them. All liars and cheats in this office. The delivery people simply update status without prior call or information to the customer. Very bad experience!!!
