Worst service ever. Do not use this company's services. Never found such an irresponsible company. Wondering how they still exist. An item to be delivered on 27 October 2022, not delivered till date, no response when I call their hotline nor they have replied my emails. Their delivery status indicated via Web tracker is a hoax.

Very worst experience! My package was scheduled day before yesterday but it didn’t happen again yesterday got an sms saying that it ll be delivered by16/9/22 but when I call the delivery person he says he is on leave… I tried reaching the customer care service no response! This xpressbeees are very unprofessional! I haven’t received my parcel yet!

All previous reviews are 100% true. Worst courier service!! Highly rude and unprofessional customer support. It is almost impossible to get to speak to them. Delivery persons are also unavailable all the time and give fake reasons for not delivering the parcel.
