Extremely poor service experience. I got a call stating they have a parcel of mine and I should come and collect it. I did not have a tracking no., I did not get one from my company which sent me the courier. Blue dart were not even courteous enough to try alternate verifying methods. Simply refused any support. Such a big company and they say without tracking no.they cannot search. Very unprofessional behaviour
