Extremely poor service experience. I got a call stating they have a parcel of mine and I should come and collect it. I did not have a tracking no., I did not get one from my company which sent me the courier. Blue dart were not even courteous enough to try alternate verifying methods. Simply refused any support. Such a big company and they say without tracking no.they cannot search. Very unprofessional behaviour

Not customer friendly. Front desk person lacks courtesy and talks to customers impolitely. Very bad experience ever faced. No proper information provided. This service should ban . They don't pack the parcel or help .you need to do packing infront of them. If we know in a good way packing why we visit your place we could currier in. Train.

A parcel was supposed to be delivered to our apartment. When I tracked the status, it was shown that parcel is undelivered as they were not able to reach my number. Fact here is the delivery person did not even call me and returned. Later, I had to go to Bluedart courier office in Electronic City to collect my parcel. In the office, it was very smooth and there were no hurdles. When I spoke to the delivery person, he said due to network issue he could not contact me. Overall, i am regular customer of bluedart and rhis is the first time i am facing a concern.

My parcel was out for delivery today. It has plants Noone contacted me. Now it says prohibited area-entry restricted. As if I live in Mars or sector 9. These so called office do not have a contact number for us to call. Again I need to go to office else monday it will b difficult if they pull the same stunt tmrw. I dont understand the meaning of home delivery. Even last time, noone called, i went to collect my parcel frm office,waited 2 hours in rain for the delivery boy to bring parcel back. It had plants, cudnt let them do their usual "customer nt reachable BS".. Dont knw why they even run!! Shame!!

Very worst service, One Package was supposed to be delivered on 17th July as per the Merchant(Flipkart) and It's reached Electronic City Hub on 17th July 11:49 AM. But now It's almost end of 18th July, still there is no update from Courier guys.
