One of the most useless courier services. Neither are their local channel partners professional nor is the customer care on their website bothered to call back if I log a request. They have a simple rule of operation, if they lose, misplace or do not deliver the parcel, they blame the customer for not being contactable. Sad state of affairs.

They given return pickup service of various online stores but their employees never came for pickup n update directly the product is mismatched so please don't use their service at all really third class talking employees they don't hav manners to talk also I hav their recording also which I forwarded to main office don't prefer this n.b aware
