Very bad experience ever. They don't deserve at least 1 star rating. The big thing is that the address was changed but they don't update it. Very disappointed. I have to say all e-commerce company that do not choose this type of courier services, it will impact on your sell and reputation of your company. And they send sms so many times bt courer not. ðŸ˜
