Delivery associates are very worst. No proper delivery on time and u have to collect the parcel from office even though it's door step delivery. They will reject your shipment saying the address is invalid or customer is not available.

This is one of the worst courier service in Villupuram. They have only 2 specific days (Tuesday and Friday) of service in a week to ship the products to the customers beyond 5 kms in a range. If your products got into their inventory on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday then they will reject your shipment saying the address is invalid or customer is not available and they will attempt the delivery only on Tuesday and Friday.

Very very worst courier service I have ever seen. I don't know for what purpose they are having office & employees. For past 3 to 4 years I haven't received any courier at door step. They are simply calling and insisting me collect the courier at thier office. இதுக்கு ஏன் courier office வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்? எதற்கு வேலைக்கு ஆட்கள் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்? எந்த ஒரு பர்சலையும் டெலிவரி செய்வதில்லை.
