Worst courier service. Pickup was scheduled on October 24 and then rescheduled to Nov 1. It was not done both the time and received message that I cancelled the pickup. Just pathetic. Customer care is also worst. They do not have any details.

I am sorry to say this your service is terrible. I have been waiting for my delivery, which was shipped over 3 weeks ago. Your customer care number does not work. Your delivery agents have lied about trying to make a delivery. There has been no update from your team explaining why the delay was caused.

Absolute trash. You should get out of this business if you can't even run a basic customer support function. Phone number never works, no replies to emails, agents never pick up, and you just update delivery/pickup failed with no reasons. You might as well use India Post over this.

Fake courier agency ..i haven't recieved my order since 20 days they making false claim that they made attempt to delivery ...Also not sending back to warehouse so i can claim my refund. Please visit on address if they steal your order : 01 Kranti nagar society , sane guruji marg , Tredeo , mumbai center 400034 .They will refund . I got my refund back
