Today I visited this centre to book package. I am shocked to their response. One Mr. Rajender, seems to be arrogant gentle man suggest me to go to some other course as systems are not working. I am using Blue Dart regularly and I earned good points too. With such service you can't expect loyalty.

Called on their customers support but it is always after trying thousands of time I got connected and register complaint after that delevery boy called me and said you phone was not reachable... which is totally lie.... And he asked me to collect my currier from their office..... This is why we pay you ? If we want to go out and collect our currier then why would we order things online.. Worst experience ever... Use another currier services.....
