Cheater, Fraud, 3rd class, Unprofessional company with misbehaving customer care executives. They don't deserve a single star at all... The worst logistics ever... Even the phone number for contacting them mentioned in their website is also doesn't exist.😂 I am suffering from 5days. I have complained each day from last 4days, I have mailed them repeatedly, called them repeatedly and they just keep saying that you'll get your parcel today, every time or everyday I've called them the uttered the same lines. And one of the Customer Care executive behaved like the parcel is their property and I am asking to give it to me... Such a horrible experience with expressbees... In future I will tell every seller that I don't want my parcel to be delivered by Expressbees. Now I have understood why 95% people gave then single star and wished to give then 0 star. A free advice to those who are thinking that they are very good at their services, they delivered you parcel properly by mistake. if you are not willing to suffer like me, don't use this logistics company. There are so many good logistics company with their good rating and service record.

Fraud, dishonest and cheat company. They will not deliver the product and wait till 6 pm as their consumer support is available till 6 pm. After 6 they will cancel the delivery and pinned it on us that we have refused to take the delivery. The delivery guys would never receive your calls so what's the point of giving away the guy's number? Filled with rude and dishonest people especially kolkata's Xpress is a nightmare. I am really shocked to see people giving 5 stars. Must be their own delivery or PR team. Not ordering from AJIO or any vendor associated with them.

Delivery boy refused my every product and gave a fake status every time that he reaches me.He didn’t come to deliver the product and his behaviour also very rude and bad afterall we are suffering.Xpressbess service is also very bad I have given complaints against my oder but they did not work on it.If we as a customer they can’t satisfy us then for whom they will deliver the product

I want to give them a big zero star. I have oredered pampers from firstcry for my baby mentioned 'same day delivery' but my parcel didn't reach as it was too late at 8.30 pm in kolkata! Over phone i requested them that it was very essential and i will not be available next day. They convinced me to deliver it next day within 8.am. But its a matter of deep regret that they didn't deliver the same next day till 12pm!How can they so much irresponsible with the baby's needs!! Shame on your services. Last they contacted me and was told to hold that parcel till i am available at my place. Lets seewhen and how i could able to get my parcel! WHAT A SAME DAY delivery!!!

Nykaa has a policy of refusing the product at the doorstep as it cannot be canceled post shipment. So I did the same . The delivery partner of Xpressbees called me 30+ times from different numbers just so that I accept the package which I said I don’t want because of some reason. Next time I ordered something important they called me and literally threatened me by saying “ apnar parcel Amra debo na “ , when I asked why they said “ amdr iccha “ in a tone even which frightened me to the hell . Also I live alone and so sometimes when I am not home they just return the package. But when I said that I don’t want the package they start harassing the customer. I am scared now to order anything from Nykaa . Honestly Bluedart service is so much better and easier. They asks for the otp which also comes with the security of the package. Well, I hope Xpressbees see through this matter and the behaviour of their delivery partners .

Even delivery boy shows no intrest to talk in phone... rude voice.. after out for delivery status said that it will take 2/3 days to deliver and just after few minutes of our conversation i got a message that i have refused to accept... So horrible experience to me... finally I got my refund from Pantaloons....

Pathetic service. The delivery guy misbehaved as I was not having change of Rs 350 . The delivery professional used harsh abusive language and behaved very rudely. I do not know why people have been posting so many negative comments about this tracking service because honestly, although a bit slow compared to other services but it's very very efficient. Not even a single call was necessary, the guy came to my address, delivered the package in it's perfect condition and my boat 335 headphones were perfectly fine. The name of the delivery man was Anirban Basak and I had no trouble getting my delivery and absolutely on time as it said on the site.
