Very poor service. I called them up from another country to check with a package that was sent on Blue Dart but no one lifted the call. My girl had to pick up the package for herself from the doomed office at about 11:30 which is when they were opening up, close to noon hours on a Wednesday. I mean, come on.... It is smack dab in the middle of the week....!!
