They have not delivered as per schedule. When I visited personally and requested also, the person handling refused to oblige neither to hand in person or do door delivery in spite of telling him that we are going out of station. We had to cancel our programs next day and wait to receive the courier parcel.

Worst service. There is a shipment supposed to be delivered today, but not received, when I tried to call Bluebart Customer Care, lot of noise in customer care side and hence could not talk and they did not care about calling the customer back. Within few mins I got a call from a Mobile number which is from a Bluedart Delivery person, he said that he could not deliver the item today due to vehichle breakdown and he will deliver it tomorrow. I acknowledged it and tried to call back Bluedart customer care, this time after getting my AWB No, I got an automated response saying "Receipient not available hence Item could not be delivered", what a cheating. There is no way I could reach to customer care representative in the IVR, after trying different options in IVR I finally gave up. Now I need to blindly wait till tomorrow.

They will work like a Bank officer... They will show poor attitude to customers.. There intension is you should not send courier from them.. They want to sit idle.. It is very costly and worst delivery.. They asked 3000 rs for my parcel but sent via dtdc with 900 rs.. This Tambaram branch is one of the worst customer services.. Better try other service.. Professional or dtdc

Few weeks back i went to nearby Blue Dart to send a 450g package containing electronics . They claim to work only for PROFESSIONALs and for local delivery within chennai it will cost Rs 300. I was recommended to go for DTDC instead. And a few days back I ordered an electronic component from a Pune store online and received the package via Blue Dart .The cost of the item was Rs.299 which included delivery. So my question is Why do they value a Rs.299 package more worthy as PROFESSIONAL, but not mine which is Rs.6000 in price. And how come Pune to chennai delivery is lower than Chennai to Chennai. Next time let me try to send my package from Chennai - Pune - Chennai . May be it will be cost effective. And would also like to learn from Blue Dart what is PROFESSIONAL by their definition.
