They said that the package would arrive from 5th to 8th. On 5th, when I checked the progress, it said it was just shipped. But it literally arrived a few hours later, in spite of it saying it would take two days. They even had my phone number wrong, so they couldn't deliver the OTP and I didn't get the package. I had to show them my adhar card the next before they gave me the package.

Worst service center experience ever. Agents are like boss and only do according to their will. Agent name Subhodeep Dutta is acting like a boss of Company and on asking name he call himself "Hooridas Pal". No proper form available and they do not provide any proper information. I had to run 5 times for a submission of 1 laptop😑.. If I could q negative mark for their behavior.

If there was a negative star I would give that to this third class courier hub. First of all they don't deliver my credit card which was 2 blocks away from their centre, then they missbehaved when I went to their hub to tell about the problem. I sincerely urge all banks please don't use Blue dart for dispatching your credit card.

Worst service. I would rate in negative. It took 16 days to deliver a parcel from patna to kolkata. And more than that I have to trace detail after that I personally went to pick the parcel. They never bother about customer's problem. I paid 5 times of the normal charges. Pathetic.
