One of the best courier company in India. Sometimes the delivery goes wrong due to misunderstanding of the delivery boy and the customer. So naturally we reduce one star from the review ratings. That doesn’t matter. When an improvement is shown we hesitatingly return the star.

Pathetic service. If you don't want to deliver couriers, then why do you call yourself a courier. My delivery has been marked address not incomplete, when this is something that has been sent from the bank and therefore the address part should be self explanatory. We also called their call centre and followed up,. which hasn't done any good either. They expect people to go to their office!! I had already returned a package from Amazon since they asked to collect from their office. Just pathetic!!

Very professional courier service. The location is a prime spot along the NH66 near to Alappuzha Bypass junction at Kommady. Their responses to phone calls are bit on a downside. Sometimes it goes unanswered. Otherwise, prompt services. Not much parking space for a car , but it's a highway side, compensate for it..
