Probably the worst service experience I had in quite a while.. Extremely slow service from Ekart Logistics and the funny part is there are no means through which you can get in touch with Ekart Logistics. The customer service team at Flipkart are not at all in touch with the delivery partner Ekart. I ordered a product on 27th july 2022 and it was supposed to be delivered on 9th August 2022. Today is 10th August and it has still not reached my destination. Again on 12th Aug they might say that they are unable to deliver due to "courier provider constraints" and then the waiting continues.
